Reserve tickets
Find events
There are several different ways to search for events on the system.
Sales dashboard
The Sales Dashboard will show the first 25 upcoming events by default, it is possible to load the full list of upcoming events at the bottom of the dashboard. To reserve tickets for an event, click on the event row and you will be directed to the sales view. The dashboard can also be filtered by season and the search bar allows you to filter by an event name.
This search bar only allows you to search for an event name, none of the other fields can be used in this search bar.
Event search
To search for events, click Find events in the sales dashboard or use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + E / Command + E.
Valid search terms are:
- Event name
- Weekday (monday or mon, tuesday or tue, etc.)
- Month (january or jan, february or feb, etc.)
- Exact date (01.09.2024)
- Hall or venue name
- Event tag
Search terms can also be combined to find the exact event or to find a run of events (e.g. ABBA fri may to get all ABBA events that take place on a Friday in May).
The percentage indicator shows how many available tickets are left and next to it the exact remaining amount of tickets is displayed. The green circles indicate if there are good adjacent seats (low rank) available from 2-6 seats. More information below.
Find new event in sales view
In the sales view, you can use the arrows in the top right corner to move to the next or previous date within the same event group. Clicking the hamburger icon (three lines) will open up a search module which shows all events in the event group.
The table gives an overview of all available dates in the event group. The columns show how many variations of each combination of adjacent seats are available. Hovering over a number will show which are the best available seats. The colour scheme spans from red to green and indicates the quality of the seats based on the ranking. Green indicating that the seats are available in a good area and red in a less good area.
It is possible to filter the list in the search field with the same terms that apply to the regular search engine. To open one of the other event dates, simply click on the row.
